Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

Returns or refunds for reasons not specified above will not be accepted. Products and their packaging must be returned in their original, undamaged condition.

 

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed promptly within 15 working days and credited back to your original payment method.

The refund amount will be deducted from the handling fee incurred by the refund, that is, the refund amount you receive is the order amount minus the refund handling fee.
